 1、公司注册需要什么信息
 
 1公司法定代表人签署的《公司设立登记申请书》;
 
 2全体股东签署的公司章程;
 
 三。法人股东资格证书或自然人股东身份证及其复印件;
 
 4董事、监事、经理任职文件及身份证复印件;
 
 5指定代表或者委托代理人证明;

 7住宅使用证。
 
 住宅使用证明材料的准备可分为以下三种情况:
 
 (1)如果您拥有房地产,您需要您的房地产证和您的身份证复印件;
 
 (2)出租房屋,需提供房东签署的房产证复印件、房东身份证复印件、双方签字盖章的租赁合同、租金发票;
 
 (3)如果你需要一份公司的租约和一份公司的营业执照复印件,还需要一份公司的营业执照和一份公司的营业执照复印件。
 
 2、登记程序
 
 1核准名称:在确定公司类型、名称、注册资本、股东、出资比例后,可以到工商局现场或网上提交验资申请。通常需要1到3个工作日来批准这个名字。如果名字没有被批准,就需要重新核实。
 
 2提交材料:经姓名核准后,确认公司地址信息、高级管理人员信息和经营范围,并在网上提交预申请。网上预审通过后,按预约时间向工商局提交申请材料。一般需要5-15个工作日,审批通过后会收到审批通知。
 
 三。领取营业执照:携带登记通知书和身份证原件领取营业执照正本和副本。营业执照可以当天领取。
 
 4印章刻制等事项:办理完毕后,持营业执照,到公安局指定的刻印点办理:公司公章、财务章、合同章、法定代表人章、发票章;目前已完成公司登记。

 The preparation of proof materials for the use of residence can be divided into the following three situations:
 
 (1)If you own real estate,you need a copy of your real estate card and your ID card;
 
 (2)In case of renting a house,a copy of the house property certificate signed by the landlord,a copy of the ID card of the landlord,a lease contract signed and sealed by both parties,and a rent invoice shall be required;
 
 (3)If you rent an office building in the name of a company,you need a copy of the real estate certificate with the company's official seal,a copy of the company's business license,a lease contract signed and sealed by both parties,and a rent invoice.
 
 2、Registration process
 
 1.Approved name:after determining the company type,name,registered capital,shareholders and the proportion of capital contribution,you can go to the industrial and commercial bureau on-site or online to submit an application for name verification.It usually takes 1 to 3 working days to approve the name.If the name is not approved,it needs to be re verified.
 
 2.Submission materials:confirm the address information,senior management information and business scope of the company after the approval of name verification,and submit the pre application online.After passing the online pre-trial,submit the application materials to the industrial and commercial bureau according to the appointment time.This generally takes 5 to 15 working days,and the approval notice will be received when the information is approved.
 
 3.Get license:bring the original of registration notice and ID card to get the original and duplicate of business license.The business license can be obtained on the same day.
 
 4.Seal engraving and other matters:after that,with the business license,go to the designated seal engraving point of the public security bureau to handle:the company's official seal,financial seal,contract seal,legal representative seal,invoice seal;so far,the registration of a company has been completed.
